Congratulations Hug High School Team (again)!
The Nevada American Public Works Association exists to develop and support the people, agencies, and organizations that plan, build, maintain, and improve our communities. True to that spirit, AAME is proud to have worked on the New Procter R. Hug High School, a 298,000-sq-ft STEM-focused facility that was constructed to accommodate a student population of approximately 2,500 and features more than 42 state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories. AAME provided Mechanical and Plumbing engineering services on the project and we’re happy to share that Washoe County School District (WCSD) won the Nevada American Public Works Association (APWA) Project of the Year Award in the category of “Structures, Greater than $20M” at the APWA Fall 2023 Conference in South Lake Tahoe. Congratulations to WCSD and the whole project team!
