Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority Invites Public to Preview New Concourse Designs at Special Community Event
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) recently invited media and community members to a MoreRNO Community Outreach Event offering a first look at the New Gen A&B Concourses, the most transformative project in the MoreRNO Infrastructure Program at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). This exciting evening presents an opportunity to go behind the scenes and see how community input is shaping the future of RNO. The interactive event featured a first look at the Modern Mountain-inspired concourse design, a preview of the expanded amenities and concessions, details on public art investments and ADA accessibility features, and interactive stations to ask questions and share feedback with project teams. This event is part of RTAA’s commitment to transparency and community-driven design. Planning for the MoreRNO program began with public input, and now RTAA is bringing that vision back to the community for a sneak peek and continued feedback. The New Gen A&B Concourses will transform RNO’s passenger experience by delivering more space, better amenities and a uniquely northern Nevada sense of place. Ainsworth Associates Mechanical Engineers is proud to be an integral part of this once-in-a-lifetime project opportunity!
